Sharon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and a Masters Degree in Counseling. She worked as a bilingual case manager in Montgomery County, and after receiving her Masters, worked as a bilingual therapist for adults struggling with Anxiety, Depression and PTSD in Philadelphia for two years. During her time there she also participated in training lay counselors.

She has spent time serving in Ecuador with Youth World International Teams, has led youth trips to Ecuador, and has traveled as a translator for a team serving in Mexico.

Sharon is married to Tyler, a Certified Financial Planner, and is a mom to three boys.
